摘要
The paper describes the results of a preliminary investigation undertaken as part of a pedestrian level wind tunnel study within a city centre. The aim of the investigation was to study the development of the boundary layer profile in the city centre, influenced by a 150 m high hill, 1.3 km upwind of the city. The city is characterized as consisting predominantly of medium height buildings.
