摘要：
This work reports data about the presence of pesticides in Food sold in the Italian Piedmont Region. The samples were analyzed and the measured values showed a good representation of pollution degree of cultivated products. Pesticides chlororganics, organophosphorated and other compounds used against specific target were investigated. Results are discussed in general and From each class of samples.
