Impairment of earning capacity following arthrodeses

Expert assessments of the level of disability following arthrodeses have the nature of benchmark figures. In view of their importance for the entire system of pensions assessment they should be conclusive. In this paper the recommendations for assessment used in various branches of law are compared and recommendations on how the level of disability should be estimated following arthrodeses of the joints in the upper and in the lower extremity are given.
