摘要
Analytic expressions for the Green functions for semi-infinite antiferromagnets with the perovskite structure are derived in a low-temperature spin-wave approximation. The results are applied to the calculation of spectral intensities for the surface spin-waves modes. Also the effects of an isolated magnetic impurity on the excitation spectrum of a semi-infinite Heisenberg antiferromagnet are studied by extending the Green-function analysis. The influence of the bulk and surface spin waves on the impurity-mode energies is obtained, and the theory is applied to several perovskite-structure antiferromagnets.
