摘要
Psychotherapy supervision, and specialized training groups for psychotherapists are central instruments of training for the training psychotherapists specialized in cognitive-behavioral methods. Learning psychotherapy necessitates not only knowing theories and procedures but also knowing how to integrate procedural knowledge, experience and intuition. Furthermore the psychotherapist as a person and his or her relationship to the patient is a key factor in cognitivebehavioral psychotherapy. There are deficits in research on psychotherapy training. On the one hand there are supervisors and training group leaders with long standing experience and a highly differentiated knowledge in doing supervision. On the other hand there is absence of scientific evidence on the effects of supervision and training groups on the outcome of cognitivebehavioral therapy.
