Knowledge transfer as a mechanism popularizer of research scope of human resources in the public health sector

摘要
This research aimed to analyze knowledge transfer mechanism as a popularizer research scope of human resources in the public health sector. An explanatory research design and transactional field was performed. The population consisted of 51 informants from 2 public hospitals Type IV Zulia state, the Autonomous University Hospital Service of Maracaibo and South General Hospital. The information was collected using an instrument with Likert alternatives. Content validity was determined by expert judgment. Reliability obtained by Cronbach Alfa Coefficient, calculated by applying the pilot to 10 informants, resulting r = 0.83. Data were analyzed using inferential statistics, analysis of variance and linear regression ANOVA post hoc Tukey test for the study of positioning and subsets established asserting the existence of the results of the knowledge transfer. Showing that there is low level of benefits and barriers to knowledge transfer and exchange mechanism. Concluding that in connection with the transfer and mechanisms, there are methodological strategies; low-courses, reports, reports; a high average in scientific publications, Intranet and in terms of formal mechanisms; workflow low, groupware, networks, internet. Also, an average degree of knowledge mapped is determined; high grade intranet, scientific publications and a moderate knowledge transfer
