摘要：
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Science ensures implementation of the activities of the Scholarship Fund under the EEA Financial Mechanism Programme. The present competition was among those funded under the programme. The Fund keeps strengthening the cooperation between Bulgaria and the EEA EFTA states - Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein - in the field of higher education and research.
