摘要
The structure of anomalous muonium in silicon is shown to be dominated by the tendency to form Si-Mu bonds. In the constraint of a static cluster the zero-point motion is sufficient to place the average position of the muon at the bond centre. However, because of the extraordinary light mass of the muon, the inclusion of the zero-point motion expands the Si-Si bond more than the 33% estimated by previous calculations.
