摘要
Starting from deuterated phenol, phenoxyterephthalic acid with a deuterated side chain was synthesized. A broad variety of polyamides was prepared from this monomer and from tetradeuterated terephthalic acid. 1,6-Diaminohexane,1,12-diaminododecane,4,4'-trimethylenebis[piperidine],1,4-diamino-benzene,2-phenoxy-1,4-diaminobenzene,N,N'-diphenyl-1,4-diaminobenzene, and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether were used as reaction partners. All polyamides were characterized by elemental analyses, inherent viscosities, H-1-NMR spectra, DSC measurements, and WAXS powder patterns. Preliminary H-2 NMR measurements conducted at room temperature suggest that polyamides devoid of H bonds are less mobile than comparable polyamides with H-bonded pleeted sheets.
