The study of self-organization processes in complex systems is becoming of more and more interest in problems of control, design, and mathematical modeling. Self-organization is a multifaceted phenomenon that requires various approaches and methods to investigate it. Symbolic dynamics considers the behavior of complex systems at the level of the description of sequences of elements of a finite alphabet which are the main objects of its study [1].
