Moral and Ethical Reflection as a Factor of Harmonious Personal Development

The article deals with the study of the phenomenon of moral and ethical refiection as the integrated characteristic of personality reflecting the value and sense guidelines which influence features of personal development. The author argues the urgency of this problem in the context of deficiencies of a modern social structure and the necessity of the increase of the modern adult's active, responsible, autonomous position in choosing the internal value and sense content and self-realization questions. In the empirical part of the article they discuss results of the final stage of dissertation research and outline prospects of the development of further scientific work.
