A MANUAL PROJECT-MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING

Large scale engineering projects utilize effectively the principles of modern management: planning, organizing, controlling; management by objectives; management information system techniques; etc. Few smaller projects do so, however, usually to the detriment of performance. This article adapts the principles of modern management to manual tally sheets and forms, creating an effective project management system for any size project. A case study illustrates the use of each form.
