摘要：
The article presents the results of the research aimed on the role of the father in the current family from the point of view of three generations. The research was carried out in the period from January to April 2017 with a selected sample of respondents formed by the representatives of three generations - students, parents, grandparents. The results of the research were processed by means of chosen statistic methods. It was proved with the research that the opinions of respondents about the role of the father in the current family are, statistically, significantly dependent on the belonging of respondents to the particular generational group - students, parents, grandparents.
