Actual problems of the criminal prosecution

The article deals with the problem of criminal prosecution at the present stage of development of domestic criminal proceedings. The main problems have a negative impact on the effectiveness of criminal prosecution are a great burden on the investigators and investigators; inadequate legal regulation of accelerated pre-trial proceedings; lack of due process technology allows to realize the real competitiveness of the parties in the pretrial proceedings, including reliably provide legal guarantees for participants. It is noted that today the main focus of the prosecution was not made on improving the technology of criminal procedure, and minor organizational and structural issues.
