摘要：

This article shows the process of populate and invasion that has suffered the jungle of the Chimalapas located in Oaxaca, Mexico. Likewise there are approached the strategies that the indigenous have used zoques in the defense of his territory. Also there is analyzed the importance of the community organization and the assembly in the fight by the land.
