摘要：
The questions of criminal-legal regulation of criminal activities of organized criminal groups in foreign countries are considered in the article. On the basis of critical analysis of expediency and opportunity of drawing the individual provisions of the considered normative acts in domestic legislation, through which ensure the implementation of criminal policy in the sphere of struggle with the most developed forms of joint criminal activity.
