摘要
The characteristics of the polymerization in plasma of polyfluorinated aromatic compounds containing oxygen in the groups -OCH3, -OCF2H, -OCF3, -OCH2(CF2)2H, and [GRAPHICS] were investigated. It was established that the main structural feature of the polymers produced from oxygen-containing fluoroaromatic compounds in a glow discharge plasma is the significant content of carboxyl groups. The presence of hydrogen atoms in the substituent R for compounds of the ArOR type leads to an increase in the polymerization rate if the substituent is short. Just as for compounds that do not contain oxygen, the reactivity of oxygen-containing fluoro-substituted aliphatic compounds in plasma chemical polymerization is lower than that of the analogous aromatic compounds.
