摘要
This research report analyzes the domestic applicability of ILO Conventions regarding the condition that its terms must be clear and precise so that the judicial can give direct applicability in solving conflicts. The thesis is intended to demonstrate that the clauses self executing and non self executing when it comes to human rights conventions, can be applied directly by the operator court regardless autorun criteria. The question that arises in this case is: If the Conventions on collective labor rights have clauses non self executing or, if that be contemplated by human rights conventions do these conventions could be applicable executive order?
