摘要：
The aim of this article is twofold. First, we synthesize and integrate the main results of the current research on work teams. Secondly, we provide a set of conclusions and suggestions for practitioners. In doing so, we focus on the explanatory models of team effectiveness built on an input-process-output approach and suggest techniques for improving team effectiveness.
