摘要：
The article gives the general description of the terms of civil affairs examination and settlement by courts and their classification. The problems of calculating the terms in case of abandoning the primary allegation are discussed. The legal nature of these terms is defined. The ways of solving these problems are offered. The causes of infringement of terms of affairs examination and settlement by courts are described.
