摘要：
An integrated circuit is presented which integrates most functions of a subscriber-loop interface circuit (SLIC) for telephone switching systems. The system provides the basic functions of battery line-feed (dc current to the telephone), two-wire to four-wire conversion of ac signals (the hybrid function), over-voltage and line-fault protection, and additional supervisory, test, and noise-suppression features.
