摘要
The author considers existing solutions for scientific, technical and social and economic problems in the area of engineering systems in residential buildings (energy, heating and water supply systems). The aim of the solutions is to provide safety living in such buildings. The application of nanotechnologies that can meet the safety requirements recommended by GOST 12.1.004 has been modelled. Apart of innovative materials and design solutions the result of the research is the model of local automated microsystems of diagnostics and control of engineering systems by means of the nanotechnologies of safety that prevent accidents and the fires in residential high-rise buildings which can be used both in individual and in any apartment houses. Totally new method for << self-organization >> of engineering systems, in particular integration of power, heat, water and gas counters with << safe >> consumption processes control facilities for the mentioned resources has been offered.
