摘要
An FT-ICR study of the gas-phase reaction of W+ with SiH4 is reported. W+ successively dehydrogenates ten silane molecules, eventually leading to the formation of WSi10H4+ and WSi10H6+. The kinetics of several reaction steps are reported. Collision-induced dissociation spectra and simple bonding energetics are used to derive plausible structures for the various species observed. Compact cluster structures appear to be the most likely.
