Admissibility of evidence on the primal step of the development of the Soviet legal procedure legislation

The paper considers the process of establishment and development of positive perceptions concerning the admissibility of evidence in the first normative acts issued within Soviet system. Being secured as norms in decrees on court, RSFSR CPC of 1922, and RSFSR CPC of 1923, variations of proceedings in criminal cases (in people's court, in people's court duty cell, and in revolutionary tribunal) demonstrated basically different approaches to the concept and the content of the admissibility of evidence institution.
