摘要
In the article it was made an outline of the emergence of the promotion of health and their paper in the population's training to exercise a bigger control on the decisive of their health and to improve this way this, as central function of the public health that cooperates to the efforts invested to confront the transferable illnesses, those not transferable and other threats for the health. Being of vital importance to stop in the study of the behavior of the most frequent illnesses in the Cuban population, such as the infections of the system Genito urinal identified as the most frequent in the primary attention of health and one of the causes that unchains chronic illnesses as the renal inadequacy, the cancer among others. In a general way the infections of the system Genito urinal influences in the appropriation of knowledge for the rupture of the balance, they also attempt against the man's procreation, it impacts in the increase of the school absenteeism and therefore in the school promotion. In the Ability of Technology of the Health a great percent of provoked absences exists for these infections that have taken to repeat and to drag subjects due to a wrong handling of them.
