摘要：

This study aimed to develop and test a conceptual model for evaluation of New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT) effectiveness in Internal Communication. The model was tested through a case study research with a quantitative, correlacional and transversal approach, within the context of a higher education institution. Based on the model developed, a subset of hypothesis were tested, which confirmed some factors as predictors of NICT effectiveness perception, namely, perceived usefulness, information quality and users technical skills.
