摘要
It is common, from a Thomistic point of view, referring to the virtues and vices, that both are known as habits, whose difference is that the former are good and the latter are bad. However, the notion of habit, as examined by Thomas himself, acquires a level of accuracy that requires going through the earlier distinction, especially because of its link with concepts such as: connaturality, convenience and nature. Thus, throughout this article I will attempt to define the concept of habits of Thomas Aquinas and establish, on one hand, whether the distinction between virtues and vices is effectively complete within operating habits, considering the notion of habit and, on the other hand, to understand on what ground Thomas established this parallel, if eventually it was not possible.
