摘要
Ecuador is a country with an emerging economy which is starting to set a research platform in different areas of technology. In this framework, aerospace looks as a promising field of investigation due to its numerous advantages for the development of surveillance services, transportation, infrastructure, communications, among others. To keep aviation as a sustainable industry and further enable the growing predicted in diversified areas, innovative propulsion systems which present benefits in terms of fuel consumption, noise emissions and pollution need to be determined. In this context, new technologies such as: TeDP, BLI and HTS may present a solution to the limitations that current propulsion systems present. In this work, a revision of this technologies and the presentation of the benefits that BLI and TeDP technologies could bring are studied using a parametric approach. In this context also major shortfalls in current technology as aerodynamic integration issues are examined.
