Structure models of perovskite type copper-oxide high Tc superconductors based on Image Processing Analysis of electron microscope photographs are given by replacing the atom at the body-centered site of the perovskite structure with smaller ionic radius atoms. These high Tc oxide structure models consist of ionic-crystal bondings. We calculated maximum critical temperatures Tc's for I A, II A, III A and III A lanthanoids groups in the periodic table of chemical elements. We discuss the critical ionic-radius r(c) of superconducting phase transition.
