The behavioural molecule of public relations at the governmental communication with immigrants in Spain

The growing influx of immigrants in Spain formed a new social stratification. Of all the actors involved in this migration process and the integration of welcome, the Spanish central government has a legal responsibility but also communication. Hence the analysis of how design arises and tools developed three officers of the Ministry of Labour and Immigration from the discipline of public relations and, in particular, from relations with immigrants considered minority public. The communication behavior of government evidence that this work suggests a strategy poorly defined public relations.
