摘要：
Social adaptation of Chinese students is investigated in the context of psychological mechanisms of self-regulation formed in their socio-cultural environment which provide managing of their own behavior in terms of different social, cultural and linguistic environment. Such indices as "aspiring for domination", "internality" and "escapism" point out some problem moments in the process of social adaptation.
