摘要：
Ankle has an important role to carry body weight and its complicated structure plays a significant role to perform this complex action. In this case report we presented a 35 year old male patient admitted to the ED due to fall down on the wet floor and we discussed the association of a closed anterior tibiotalar joint dislocation and separation of syndesmosis.
