摘要
The longitudinal optical vibrational modes have been studied in doped (GaAs)n(AlAs)m superlattice plasmon have been found. The anlaysis of the experimental results showed that the frequency of superlattice plasmon in the studied superlattices is mostly determined by population of miniband formed by the GAMMA-like conduction-band states. The fitting of the calculated reflection spectra to the experimental ones allowed us to measure the population of minibands, effective mass and vertical mobility of electrons.
