摘要：
The paper researches the opportunity for the criminal law's influence on the process of social psychology's formation. Much attention is paid to the issues of ideological influence on society through legislative regulations and through the means of counteracting crime that are included in them. The analysis allows the author to draw a conclusion regarding the place of the criminal law's influence in the structure of legal ideology.
