摘要
Down-conversion heterodyne processes are observed at f = 21 GHz for high temperature superconducting granular thin film bridges. A complete investigation for classic mixing is carried out at T = 13 K. A double side band conversion loss L(DSB) = 16 dB and a noise temperature T(N) = 50 +/- 10 K are obtained for poor quality bridges (in the sense of self-radiation absence).
