摘要
The structural organization of two samples of PEEK, crystallized from the glassy state, was investigated by wide-angle X-ray scattering, differential scanning calorimetry, and transport properties of dichloromethane vapour at different activities. Thermal analysis indicates that the total rigid fraction, which is not mobilized at the glass transition temperature, does not coincide with the crystallinity derived either from X-rays or melting enthalpy. Transport properties indicate that the fraction of phase impermeable to the vapours at low activity is higher than the crystallinity and coincides with the total rigid fraction derived by thermal analysis.
