摘要：

The paper deals with real state of mathematical training quality in the system of general secondary education in Ukraine on the basis of the analysis of official results of non-school independent assessment of education quality in Mathematics in 2009 from the point of view of comparison of criterial evaluation system results and rating scaling system results, based on equiprocentiles. Higher school problems in the sphere of engineering and natural scientific training, resulting from this situation, have been pointed out.
