REORIENTATION OF INDIAN FOREIGN-POLICY AFTER THE COLD-WAR

The cessation of confrontation between NATO member states and the former Soviet bloc is an epoch-making event, the significance of which extends far beyond the powers and peoples directly involved. The entire global system of international relations is affected by its consequences.
