摘要
The paper describes the structure and technical construction of an important class of information systems, namely Earth observation systems, which are designed to observe various formations in the atmosphere and the ocean and on dry land, and to solve various scientific, applied and special problems relating to the conservation of the environment, agriculture, meteorology, geology, transport, etc.
