摘要
The possibility of using a photodiode set as part of an MASI-2 multichannel analyzer of spectral information for recording atomic-emission spectra has been investigated. The limits of determination of Ag Au, B, Ca, Cu, In, P, Pt, and Sb obtained in recording spectra on a photodiode set are shown to be no worse than for a photoplate.
