摘要
Nonisothermal regimes of the deep radical polymerization have been theoretically analysed in the framework of the quasistationary theory of the heat explosion for autocatalytic reactions. Gel effect is described using the kinetic model taking into account the dependence of the rate constants of chain termination on the length of interacting macroradicals. The feature of the polymerization described as an exothermal autoaccelerated reaction being a result of this dependence is the effect of temperature and monomer conversion on the activation energy. In the gel effect conditions the region of possible heating allowing the quasistationary proceeding of the reaction is essentially increased. For polymerization of MMA the heat regimes of processes and their critical parameters are numerically calculated.
