STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF PEOPLE AND SKILLS TRAINING: KEY AXES IN COMPLEX ORGANIZATIONS

The research is aimed at studying people's strategic direction has become increasingly important in organizations and has become a key variable for the study of Administrative Sciences.
