摘要
Objective. To determine the incidence of work environment on human ecology of professors linked to Universidad de Boyaca that assumes different roles in their work life and in interaction systems that impact their development. Methodology. A descriptive study was conducted under the theoretical perspective of human scale development, development as freedom, and human ecology using a survey as quantitative data collection technique. Results and conclusions. Among the most important findings, it was found that one of the mechanisms generated by professors to strengthen the work environment are good relations between colleagues, and the negative impacts are generated by a mediocre or low salary compensation as well as limitations on personal autonomy. The study allows to state that human conditions can be enhanced through feasible administrative expressions that contribute professors' better working life quality.
