摘要
Spectral differences in components that were co-eluted in peaks of the RP-HPLC profiles of gliadins were examined by photodiode-array detection and expressed as absorbance index parameter of the peak spectra or absorbance of aromatic amino acids at 276 nm. Neither parameter, when incorporated in the wheat variety identification software as a third parameter in addition to peak retention time and peak height, improved the discrimination of wheat varieties by computerized RP-HPLC. © 1990, Academic Press Limited.
