This paper aims to understand the influence of the different types of workforce commitment on the innovation capability of software entrepreneurial enterprises. This paper is set in the high technology industry and focuses on Indian small and medium-sized enterprise engaged in software development. The innovation capability of a firm is being represented by a set of measures that have been selected from various sources to create a fairly complete set of measures. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 121 software firms across India.
