摘要：
A high power resistive divider-type high voltage probe with the response tested to better than 40 ns is designed to measure the high voltage of 150 kV output from a 3-stage Marx. The probe consists of two sections, the high power resistive divider near the source, and the low power in-line attenuators at the measuring end.
