摘要：
The present article touches upon the problems of determination of objects of the crime provided by chapter 30 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the analysis of different views of scientists and regulatory acts the author of the article tries to define the generic and subsume objects of crime of the crime group viewed. The author offers his creative approach to formulation of direct objects of crime against the state authority, interests of the government service and self-government authority service.
