摘要：
The paper dwells upon Yekaterinburg sociale-cological-economic problems assessment, our town being the most compact out of the country's largest cities. The authors describe the effect of an ecological factor on the city social-economic development, they also offer some measures to form an effective social-ecological-economic policy of the city development.
