摘要:
The Article in question deals with the analysis of constitutional reception judgment Article 494 of the Consolidation of Labor Laws, which gives the employer the right to apply the suspension of the employment contract before the course of the judicial process that determines the commission or not an illegal labor, an indispensable means the contractual termination of certain employees with guaranteed employment. Thus, they will be outlined the implications of its effectiveness in the face of constitutional rules aimed at protecting workers' dignity and the exercise of representation in its class.
