摘要：
In the paper some ways of improvement of operation safety and commercial efficiency activities of the transpolar sister company the of mining-and-metallurgical integrated works "Norilsk Nikel", an open joint stock company, are discussed. Among them there are the following points: the development of a new technology of the formation of consolidating stowing (such as "Tekflex"); some activities for the introduction and increase in scope the use of high-efficiency and more secure non-electric means of blast initiation (NEMBI); the implementation of a pilot project "Mining Operations Automation Systems" that is MineScape software-backed, etc.
